20,000 words to describe yourself and attract the right person, huh? No pressure or anything - just know everyone is reading this (that can look past the pictures that is). :D
I'm a very driven, motivated dedicated person who is looking to find the right girl for me. I will be honest - I am an alpha male, but I have learned to be more accepting of people over the course of many years. None of us are perfect, but I am looking for someone who wants to be in a great relationship and gives her whole heart to her man, her family and her friends. I am really attracted to well rounded people who have goals, morals, level headed, educated, keeps fit, enjoys working out (as I am in the gym 5 times per week), who enjoys a cheat day once a week one who lives a healthy lifestyle understands the importance of vacation!
Relationships are work and can be time consuming, but those who persevere can find true love happiness. My grandparents where together 50 years and my parents are still together after 38. The closest relatives to my age have been together over 20. In today's culture, that's saying something!
I am from So Cal, but not the OC. I grew up in LA went to college in the Mid West. I moved back to the OC and have been here for the past 10 years. All of my traveling for work/leisure and living outside of the CA have helped me develop what it means to be a man: that my self worth is not based on what I drive, what's in my bank account or what I own. I have nice things, but they don't own me.
So why Match?
This place can be the local bar scene - just online. At least on here you can screen out the crap without having to actually going out first, right? I totally understand that you have to sift through a lot of garbage to find a few stellar profiles. For instance:
Some seem too good to be true;
Some don't know how to represent themselves;
Then there is the question: how long ago was that picture taken? =)
I promise that what you see is what you get. I am 6'3", I look like I played Football or Baseball (because I did) and stay in shape (cardio, weights, walk the dog twice day and have a spin bike that I ride 3-4 days a week).
All in all, I am looking to build a future with someone. I want to spend time with someone who is uplifting, positive and has the ability to see the 'Big Picture / Positive Lease on Life' as life already has enough critics.
There is so much more to talk about and learn about each other, but that's what first dates / interviews are for. =)
