, I am a widower in early seventies. I am looking for a regular companion, but it is not an absolute necessity. I have developed a certain lifestyle but would probably be willing make changes if I met the right person. I walk 18 holes of golf 4-6 times a week and exercise heavily 3-4 mornings a week. I'm in excellent shape physically and mentally. The rest of the mornings, most evenings and weekends I am yours. I don't like to go to popular music shows or broadway type musicals, but once in a while is ok. However, I prefer not to go shopping or antiqueing with you. My time limit at a "street fair" or art show is about an hour.
I go to California (LA area) about 4 times a year to be with my sons and grandsons, and visit friends (I used to live there).
I do not watch much television, usually PBS, mysteries and detective shows on BBCA, and some Showtime series. I dislike all reality shows as well as American Idol and Dancing With The Stars. I also like to watch golf and some other sports, but I'm not addicted to them.
My interests other than golf and excercising are classical music (especially opera), reading european history and detective and mystery novels, playing small stakes video poker at the casinos, foreign films, travelling to Europe, cooking (I did pretty much all the food shopping and cooking when I was married) and taking care of my two cats (I don't mind dogs, but don't want one and don't want to be involved in any way in taking care of one). I also play alot of scrabble.
If we connect you will have my full attention when we are together. I won't be looking to hook up with other women. I'm reasonably good looking , easy going, not a bad cook, willing to some extent to try new things, still have most of my hair and have no hair in my ears. I'm a no BS person and I would hope to find someone that is the same. I can assure you I will be a caring, honest, and loving companion.
