I am a youthful woman with a great smile, deep dark eyes (that I have been told add a hint of intrigue to my personality), and a slim, athletic figure. I look (and feel) at least ten years younger than my chronological age, and have often been met with perplexed looks when I show people my ID. I can be stylish and feminine and enjoy dressing up, putting on heels, and make up and equally comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, flip flops, running gear and hiking boots.
When you initially meet me you would find me warm, somewhat reserved, engaging, friendly, and intelligent. After getting to know me a little more, I would reveal a fun, funny, clever, spirited, and mildly sarcastic side. I generally prefer the company of other people and value time alone when needed. If you took me to a party with people I don't know you would notice that I am independent and don't need to be attached at your hip (though attentiveness is always appreciated). I am both a pragmatist and dreamer, ambitious and easy going, mostly a planner but have the capacity for spontaneity. I am part serious adult and critical thinker (most of the time), part teenager (fun, silly, capricious) with a quirky, offbeat, sense of humor (favorite sitcom is the Big Bang Theory).
I am a talented cook and baker. I have also been told I am a good writer, and would like to dedicate more time to cultivating that talent and getting work published. I love to dance and it would be great to find someone who wants to learn to Salsa with me. I am an avid runner, out doors enthusiast, music lover (live shows are fantastic; well good live shows:) and film aficionado (mainstream, documentaries, independent, foreign films). I enjoy travel (but who doesn't?), both laid back beach vacations and visiting places off the beaten path. Basically I find great pleasure in anything that moves me emotionally, energizes my body and soul, stimulates thoughts and new ideas, and enhances creativity. Have a bucket list of new things I want to try, next is Scuba Diving.
I really love what I do for work and though it has it's share of stressors, I derive a great deal of satisfaction from my career and am proud to say that I have built a successful private practice that sustains me in many ways. I am very perceptive and intuitive, which are probably among my greatest strengths both professionally and personally.
What I am looking for: you are: a man who is grounded, ambitious, assertive, takes care of himself both physically and mentally, self aware, available, and consistent (hot and cold types need not apply) and looking for a meaningful and fulfilling relationship. You know how to have fun and you are open, funny, personable and respectful. You appreciate your partner and could demonstrate affection both privately and when around others. You value honesty and communication in your relationships (romantic, friendships, in work, etc.).
