Anyway, a little bit about who I am...I am an eternal optimist with a good sense of humor that always seeks to find the best in everyone. I am confident in who I am, where I am in life and what I want out of life. I enjoy the little things and try to find beauty everywhere I go. I love meeting new people and finding out what makes them "tick"... you never know what you may learn until you just stop and listen. I believe that a balanced life is a happy life and strive to maintain balance in mine. I have three wonderful daughters that mean the world to me who have had a major impact in defining who I am and keeping me young at heart. Yes, I take my role as a dad very seriously and enjoy spending time with my girls.
I have a successful career and thoroughly enjoy what I do for a living. I enjoy leisurely outdoor activities... hiking, biking, camping, fishing, kayaking and recently paddle boarding. I grew up in the Great White North, so for the snow bunnies out there, I can ski and skate... utterly failed at snowboarding though. Not into the X-Game type activities, but, open to trying anything. As far as urban adventures, I enjoy trying new restaurants, going to the theatre, listening to live music and have been trained to be an excellent shopping companion...Thanks to my girls.
In the past, I've been blessed with the opportunity to travel to Europe and Asia with Hong Kong as a favorite destination..would love to visit Australia/NZ and South America. (Update: Just returned from a trip to NZ and it was GREAT!!! See my pics)
If you are still reading this and have not been scared off yet...this is what I offer. I am a loyal friend and companion. I have very strong family values and firmly believe that family comes first. I believe there is good in everyone and seek to find that part of a person. I believe that in order for a relationship to succeed, love must be unconditional and we should always be asking what we can put into the relationship, instead of what we can get out of it.
