Hey there, thx for checking me out. I grew up in California so I'm a total sun worshiper just moved back from years away. It's been great being able to spend more time with my family, with whom I enjoy a great relationship. I draw much of my energy and motivation from the surrounding environment. When it's raining, I like to go up to the mountains and play in the snow, go to the gym, or hang out and read at home. When the sun is shining I like to head out to the beach, bike ride through the city, go climbing, mountain biking, searching for new hunting locales/fishing holes in the Sierras. I like to cruise the pub with friends, art hop, hang out on the deck and barbecue, throw the frisbee, hit up outdoor music. There are so many fun things to do I don't really prioritize following any TV shows, but love movies.
I like to work with my hands, doing framing, welding, mechanical work etc. since I get a sense of satisfaction from being connected to the art of the project I'm involved in. I have no problem getting my hands dirty working on my truck but am always quick to clean up, put on a button up and head out for the night. I'm a small business owner, doing consulting for the wind energy industry. Being self employed is great so far, if I'm not busy then that means I have more time to garden, read, and work out.
I like to embrace a glass half full attitude and always have fun no matter what I'm doing/where I'm going. I'm goal oriented and do not make excuses but at the same time I'm laid back and don't obsess over where I'm at in life. As long as I have a connection to the people/places I love I feel rich, famous, and fulfilled. I grew up with a old school traditional values background and know how to treat a woman, and if I trip up, do not mind being reminded how we can jive together better.
I'm looking for an adventure partner, friend, copilot, lover. Someone who is relaxed, fun, honest, independent, sweet, emotionally self-aware, and a good communicator. A good mix of country and city. Someone who is independent and secure enough we can sometimes do different things on the weekend. Someone who doesn't mind taking it slow and getting to know each other before things get to serious.
