Hmm…about me? Grew up in SoCal and I never take for granted how lucky I am to be living near the coast and in beautiful weather. Whenever possible, I love getting outdoors for a good hike or to explore new places--especially hidden restaurant gems or random community, art or sports events. I’ve been fortunate to have wonderful friends and family in my life. They inspire me to try to make a positive impact in the world. During the week, I work at a social service nonprofit and in my free time I work with a nonprofit dance company.
I'm pretty much a simple and straight-forward kind of gal. I see life as a continual learning experience and, over the years, I’ve learned that drama and I just don’t get along -- things seem to be so much easier when people just communicate openly and honestly. Hmmm...what else? I'm a realistic optimist...I can fish and bait my own hook...prefer hot over cold...beach over mountains...can walk a mile in a skirt/heels without looking like a baby giraffe (but am way more comfortable in jeans and flip flops)...anything else?
