I'm just a poor little man trapped in the big, big world. Striving like every other little man to carve out his own big kingdom to rule; then smush the little men with my big thumb.
I'm kidding, of course. I'm seeking a kind, attractive commitment minded woman to share the joy of life and its adventures with. I would like a woman who is pleasant with uncompromising integrity and family values; who takes the golden rule and really applies it to their life.
A summary of me, a wandering military physician and artist. I love nature and the outdoors. I am a man that strives to be a gentleman and love my fellow man. At this point in life, I am pretty content, being both professionally and personally fulfilled; only lacking the above mentioned woman to settle down, enjoy life and start a family with. I am hoping this provides another avenue to meet that rare jewel to fill that heart hole outside my small ever shifting social circles.
If you have read this far, you may still be interested and need some more details, so I'll go into some of the things that rear their head quickly and become deciding factors in forming relationships. I am a man oozing with ambition, dreams, and desires, but with that comes a lot of hard work and not a lot of free time. I want to make a woman happy and treat her like a princess, but I can't be free 24/7, I tend to get up at 4:30 a.m., and I'm travelling constantly (I live in Gulfport, Pensacola, Destin, and Jackson from time to time - Mostly Gulfport/Destin/Pensacola). I am also a man that needs to do out of the ordinary things like learning to play the guitar, traveling to some island I haven't been to, applying to be an astronaut, climbing a mountain, SCUBA diving on a reef, etc. Except for the enjoyment of a woman's company, I have no vice, being clean in body, mind, and speech. I am not the kind of man that does well routinely 'hanging out', sitting in a bar talking, window shopping, nor do I know anything about pop culture or fashion and I don't have conversations via text message (mainly because I get called to OR or have other things I am working on). I am deeply romantic and love writing letters, cooking candlelight dinners, and generally growing close, but would call myself introverted in public. Activities to suggest that get me excited, a night of passion under a meteor shower in the Rocky Mountains - yes!, drinking wines in a trendy bar - not so much. That said, adventure for me is synonymous with doing new things and even low key things can be new for me. Finally, I say all this, but if munching on goat cheese, drinking gourmet coffees, and listening to jazz bands with your boyfriend is a must, I will do it, launching myself into it with all my strength and gusto I have for the one I love; just don't say no when I suggest going trudging through the everglades looking for exotic frogs. Just FYI, major date turn ons include rescuing a turtle crossing the road, taking hooks out of fish mouths, climbing trees, and not running from the snakes and spiders I try to catch.
So if you want a man that will support, cherish, love, strives to bring joy to the one he love's, will take you around the world, and you can tolerate that man being an overworked nomad, say hello! Please, please, please consider how things would work if there was a spark, I just don't have time for a lot of casual dating anymore and it takes some work and some regular free time to date a man like me. I also have big dreams that I would at least try to accomplish, like being governor of Nebraska, astronaut, obtaining a yacht and spending years going along the coast, going on Christian medical missions, going to every National Park, etc., etc., chances are if your life dreams entail being in one place forever and are not synergistic with at least some of mine, we probably won't end up together.
