I am well balanced. Someone who has and is addressing the spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical parts of myself. I love to laugh and be silly. I try to exercise and meditate daily and now that I'm retired I usually succceed.I play tennis 3/4 times a week and go to the gym, hike and/or swim most other days.
I love to explore and expand myself. Travel is a passion and a good way to expand.Live theater especially Shakespeare is another passion.

I have been on the spiritual path for a long tme and I always try to do the right thing.I am lucky to be very healty and active.I have twin grandsons now 13 whose lives I am involved with especially team sports.
