My favorite quote in the world is by Marianne Williamson--'Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented AND fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?' I love that quote because it expresses everything I believe about life and living life to the fullest--without regard of what the world may believe about me at the time. I live my life like it's on fire! I love my work and I work my love into everything I do. My perfect match in life and love has to get that. I will admit that I am a handful--head strong--but good head strong. I'm flexible to a fault, but when I make up my mind about something.... yeah. Fortunately or unfortunately you can't simply take me at face value. Because of my profession, I have a public persona and a very private one. I'm passionate about empowering people. I'm passionate about doing and being more than a common citizen. I'm passionate about doing my part to leave this world in better shape than when I got here. And then there is the side of me that is free forming, and go with the flow. I love books. I love to cook (healthy food). I love to eat (healthy food). I bake (from scratch). I love to dance. I love to laugh. I loooove great conversation. I believe that the best sex starts in the mind. I believe that kissing is an art unto itself... I enjoy people who have something interesting to contribute, by way of their unique interests and experiences. I love experiencing new things and sensations. My ideal, divine match appreciates the divine woman I am and gets it, like really gets how to treat a woman like me. I love men who are not afraid of being chivalrous, but can appreciate that I can and do contribute when I am good and ready to! I love confidence and power in men, mainly because I'm confident and powerful in my own right. BUT--I'm not a fan of overly arrogant folk or meanies. That's annoying. I have a sunny disposition and I'm a bit of a smart ass-- so if happy people with a sarcastic twist (or you were passed over in the sense of humor department and aren't a fan of laughing out loud)--yikes! Wrong profile. However, if you love stellar conversation, laugh out loud interaction, you are down to Earth fabulous, community-minded, can relate to most of the stuff I'm referring to in my profile, not afraid to get involved with a public figure, are not at all creepy, you live your life like it's on fire, BUT, you don't take yourself too seriously...I'll tell you what 'la chose bien faite' means--unless you already know--even better! ;)
