I'm a normal, easygoing, fun, born and bred Northeasterner, living in Gramercy for a little over a decade. I don't sweat the small stuff and am the girl that gets along with just about everyone. I love to travel and take off on both planned and spontaneous adventures as much as my schedule permits. I enjoy striking up conversations with strangers and learning about different walks of life. I'm creative, smart, and ambitious with the right amount of quirky mixed in. Other than that, I'm a work in progress. Life would be boring if I didn't learn something new everyday.
For work, I'm changing the world one cocktail at a time...kind of. Full time I do marketing and sales in the Spirits industry. Its a fun job and keeps me on my toes. On the side I'm a freelance food and beverage consultant and have an exciting project in the works. For fun I'm kind of a whisky nerd. I've been taking classes to learn about the history and science of cask aged spirits and how to taste and evaluate the different styles. It's pretty cool. I'm also a big fan of live music. I try to catch shows as much as possible.
So, what I'm looking for:
A man that will be my best friend and my biggest supporter. A genuinely good, laid back, chivalrous guy who is nice to old people, animals and kids. He'll have an awesome sense of humor and won't take trivial matters too seriously. We'll have butterflies for each other and he'll want to be with me, just as much as I want to be with him.
What's important to me:
A guy who leads an active and productive life socially and professionally, but values spending down time together is essential. Someone who is spontaneous, open minded, and affectionate, and can let their guard down and laugh uncontrollably with no reservations welcoming deep conversations until the sun comes up. Someone who is easygoing, funny and confident and can still enjoy getting a little down and dirty and having a good time when the time is right.
