As for me, here is my story in a nutshell. I am 42 years old. I do not have any kids (the 2 legged kind anyway) but I do have a dog & I talk about him the way most people talk about their kids. I have been divorced almost 8 years. So, here I am trying out this aspect of meeting someone, since I'm not into meeting someone in a bar.
I love baseball. I root for the Dodgers. And I'm throwing that out there, just in case you happen to be a Giants fan. Just want you to know what you could be getting in to. (you being a Giants fan is NOT a deal breaker)
I am a very giving person, but I refuse to be taken advantage of. I love to laugh (who doesn't)...I can be a little sarcastic at times, but never, ever mean to offend anyone.
What I'm looking for...
My man would like to catch a ball game or take off to the coast or the mountains (or anywhere in between) for the day, grab lunch or dinner, or just lounge with a glass of wine (or a beer).
He would be on the romantic side...a quick text during the day to say 'hi,' holding hands, cuddling on the couch (or anywhere), and kissing...kissing is good!
I admit, it's nice to be 'spoiled', but I think it should be reciprocated...it shouldn't be one-sided.
Oh, and tall...tall would be really nice, too.
So I guess that's about it. I'd really like to find myself in a relationship again, but I won't rush into one and I won't settle. If you have any questions or concerns feel free to shoot me an e-mail. Honesty and communication are key...we have to be able to talk to each other.
