Hey there everyone...I never really know where to start with these sort of things, so i'll just write whatever comes to mind, this should be interesting lol. I'm fairly new the area, been in Atlanta about a year now. Why here you ask...well a few reasons: needed a change of scenery, to escape the cold weather, and well I had a great job opportunity down here so figured I'd see what southern living was all about. Overall, I will say I was skeptical at first, but I’ve definitely become of fan of the city, being from a small town I didn't know how I’d like the craziness of Atlanta, but now I wouldn't want it any other way. Love having a ton of things close by to do. There's just something about living in the mix of a large city, all the people, places, etc that I really enjoy.
As far as what I like to do with my free time...I'm pretty active and love being outdoors...so needless to say I do a lot of hiking, play in a lot of sports leagues, exploring the city via foot (aka running)...think you get the idea. I'm in an office all day, so when I'm not I try to get as much fresh air as possible. Also I just got my first dog, Bella, she's...well she's something else you can say lol, but I love her. She's my sidekick, we do a lot together. She's a pretty good running partner, we could use a third though to join us on our adventures!. Also, I have a motorcycle that I ride that quite a bit. Its surprisingly serene and peaceful in a weird way, can't really describe it. And the skyline views at night as you ride into the city are quite amazing, just a different kinda view from a bike, just gotta see it.
I will say I am quite the fan of road trips, especially the random figure it out as you go ones. I don't know what it is, just like to see whats around me in person and experience it...curious by nature I guess. I mean you never know what you'll run into. Usually take a few trips to the ocean, just gotta get my beach fill each year. There's just something therapeutic about it, allows me to clear my head. Plus the pup loves frolicking in the waves lol.
On the flip side, I do enjoy other things. I love doing things where I learn something. Like museums, galleries, shows, and other things along those lines. I play on a few sports leagues here in the city as well. I enjoy time with friends/family, sitting on a patio in summer, long walks on the beach and all that good stuff lol.
Now the big question...what am I looking for...first and foremost I need someone that I can have an intelligent conversation with. I tend to spontaneously spark up deep conversations about random things for some reason...and I need someone that can reciprocate. I'm looking for someone that likes being active, who enjoys the outdoors, and doesn't a good adventure every now and again. Ultimately I'm looking for a partner to go out and see what the world has to offer
Looks wise...honestly I'm not even going to write anything about it. I don't have a "look" or anything like that which I prefer...I'm impartial. If I'm attracted to you, then I'm attracted to you, that's what it is. I'm a believer in you can't choose who your attracted to...it just is what it is...so let it be...in short, if you’re interested in me get a hold of me, you never know right?
I'll leave you with this, my little philosophy on life....I don't believe our path has been predetermined 100%...I believe that you have a hand in shaping how you live your life. To me, life gives you opportunities or choices if you will, and how you have to determine the direction you go. There's always a million reasons not to do something, and life is way too short...so take a chance, hell embarrass yourself if you have to because you never know what will happen. And the result is usually pretty solid
