I seek adventures. I love to travel. I've visited Japan, Thailand and a few other countries in SE Asia, and the Middle East. I actually lived in Japan for a few years after college, where I was a karaoke superstar...no really, I have pictures to prove it! I enjoy taking long trips, months at a time when work allows.
For fun I do martial arts, specifically Muay Thai/MMA. I used to play soccer in college, and have dabbled in windsurfing, which I love but it's much more fun in places like Maui than say, San Pedro! In fact I enjoy pretty much anything involving the beach and ocean (but you knew that from my headline, right?!). I play guitar but it's mostly just messing around these days. Oh yeah, and I like to eat in Koreatown.
Last but not least, career-wise, I'm a bit off the beaten path, and I'd have it no other way (I put cubicle culture behind me 5 years ago and never looked back). Currently I run 2 successful businesses, one in real-estate, the other software consutling. I'll spare you the details (unless you're a geek like me!), but basically I do a lot of advising and also a good deal of hands-on "hacker"-type stuff. Unfortunately being a hacker isn't so exciting as they make it out to be in films.
