I'm just a nice girl looking for a nice guy to go out with and have fun with. If it ends up turning serious, I'm not opposed but I'd rather it naturally go there instead of forcing it right away.
Facts about me:
I love Harry Potter. I went to every midnight book release. Maybe that makes me a dork, maybe it doesn't. I can't say I'm ashamed of it though.
I love chocolate. So much that it is my weakness. I am someone who tries to eat healthy and stay active, but man, chocolate will always be my downfall. And if you're expecting me to be a size 0 for the rest of my life, well, I can't say that my love affair with chocolate will ever produce those results. Sorry, I'm a woman with a woman's body and I won't ever push myself to look like I did when I was 18.
I am a pretty low maintenance girlfriend. Really. I like romance, but I don't expect it. I don't want flowers on Valentine's Day just because it's Valentine's Day. I don't expect to go out to fancy dinners every weekend and get jewelry "just because". Honestly, take me out for one date night maybe once a month and I'll be content to just veg on the couch and watch movies.
I do love chick flicks. I love happy endings. I know they're cheesy and unrealistic, but man, I just love them. And when they have the right music playing in the background? Gets me every time.
I love to read. But I can only read when I have time to finish a book. Because if I get into a book, I can't put it down until I am done. It will consume me. It's a strength and a weakness I would say.
I love going to shows. Guster is my favorite band and I will see them anytime they're in town, I also will travel to places that they are playing, I don't think I could ever see them enough live.
I call myself "Positive Penny" a lot. I'm definitely a glass half full person and I'm very loyal. I don't have time to waste with anyone who could be called a "Negative Ned." Life is too short to be miserable all the time!
I have a six year old daughter. And I want more children someday. I'm not looking for a father for her, she has one. I'm looking for a partner for me, but I do like to lay all my cards on the table up front :)
