I was born in Latin America but grew up in Dallas, Tx. After stints in Switzerland, Spain, Chicago, Quito, Paris and NYC I moved to Miami, a city I love for its diversity and proximity to the ocean. I love to laugh, travel, cook and read. I am a huge fan of live music, preferably outdoors or in a small lounge. I detest loud, flashy night clubs despite living in South Beach. I love to cook and host festive dinner parties where good food, wine and wacky conversation abound. I love being outdoors in the mountains or by the sea but also adore wandering aimlessly in a foreign city. I need someone who does not take themsleves too seriously (or rather has their ego in check) but has loads of integrity and a good sense of humor. I have two incredible daughters who are constantly teaching me invaluable lessons on patience, love and life.
In 2011 I became a certified yoga instructor and it has made me a more flexible person not only physically but, more importantly, mentally. In addition I own an art and design firm as I worked in the New York art and fashion industries for years prior to migrating south. I value intelligence and an open mind far more than a flashy car or monetary possesions. I don't watch much television but I am a huge movie person. Humor and the ability to see the absurdity and groundless nature of reality are a must, and if you disagree I expect an entertaining rebuttal.
