I'm originally from upstate New York (Go Orange!), but have lived in the triangle for the past five years. I'm a nurse and am going to school part time to become a nurse practitioner. I'm pretty laid back and spend a lot of my free time outside with my dog who loves hiking and swimming. It's great that there are so many trails and rivers in this area to help me keep her entertained. I used to row crew in college, and miss being on the water every day. I wakeboard in the summer, and snowboard whenever I can in the winter. I love college basketball and am a huge Syracuse fan, and can't wait for them to join the ACC so I can see more games!
I like going out from time to time and enjoy grabbing a few drinks and some food with people and just hanging out. During the summer I love going to concerts and tailgating. I go to the gym a few times a week, but would rather be getting my exercise outside whenever I'm able to.
When i'm done with grad school I really need to start traveling more. I really want to go on a roadtrip across the US! The last trip that I went on was to Chicago and I fell lin love with the city.
