My closest friends would probably say that I’m quirky, funny, odd, up front and honest, and will do anything for any one of them.
I try and find the humor in a lot of things so I guess I smile a lot, but that can also make the people that really know me nervous. Always makes them wonder what I’m up to. :)
I am allergic to almost everything yet I do like to try new food and new places. If I can eat it, in general I will. I enjoy going to high end restaurants but can be just as content at baja fresh. (mmmm, baja fresh) I also enjoy cooking and I’ve learned to cook around my allergies so that the food doesn't taste like it's missing anything.
I'm new to this online thing, so I'm not exactly sure what to do. I know what I like, and it's usually pretty black and white for me in regards to any sparks. I feel something or I don't. I'd like to find someone that can be my best friend but will also respect my alone time, as I will theirs. pet peeve #4765: couples that can't spend a moment apart.
So here are a few random thoughts that will hopefully spark some interest...or at least create something fun to talk about:
- pho might be my favorite food.
- I had a cat that looked like Hitler.
- I love me some malbec
- mouth breathers drive me friggin' nuts
- if you have a uni brow, please do not apply here
- yes, I have chased a greased pig in a competition in the middle of nowhere PA (don't judge...too much...OK, judge, it happens)
- I'm a closet nerd
- if a star trek movie marathon comes on, or god help me, firefly, well, I'm just not leaving the house
- I love to garden. I even have my own mini garden on my balcony and grow everything from Thai basil to lemon verbena
- I love hot weather
- I will never understand why the drivers in the states of MD and VA go into a panic when the wind blows hard, it rains, or heaven forbid, there's snow.
- I can quote almost every Simpson's episode ever made
- and last random thing for now, I named my first pony "reserves"...because that's where my dad was when I got him (yes, I had a pony)
