Oh dear...love doesn't have to be perfect it just has to be real...real honest, kind, fearless, intense, at ease, grounded, spontaneous, passionate, expansive, contractive, nurturing, inspiring, caring and warm-hearted...you won't ever fit the perfect bill because there is no such thing in real love...
I have a great capacity for emotional depth and am a bit of a thinker. However, I'm a complete lover and goofball and absolutely love to laugh. I will definitely tease you with my humor and equally enjoy being around those who have an open mind and heart. I can also be super focused and do have a serious work mode streak when I need to get a job done. I appreciate thoughtfulness, self-awareness, and straight-forwardness. I say it how it is :) and like it when others can do the same - that's building a true friendship to me. Getting to know myself and another by growing together as a unit. I do believe in love and many loves at that; for the moment or eternity. Most importantly, I believe in meaning what you say and saying what you mean with grace.
Life is a journey and balancing my mind and my heart's desires is what I am constantly drawn and connecting back to. I am fortunate to have a loving family and friends I can rely on. I am a modest mouse but I also love being social and going out seeing live shows, art openings, etc...oh and being involved in outdoor activities. LA is such a great place with so many pockets of interest to do so.
Don't really have a type and not in any rush to get married or have children; I believe that will happen when it is supposed to with the right person :). If it is meant to be it will all unfold with attraction, chemistry, emotional compatibility and a shared sense of reality. If anything do want to share and have reciprocated:

I am an LA native and moved back a about a year ago after being away for some time. Being an explorer at heart I have moved around a bit for work and love to travel. LA...SF 3 years ...LA 4 years...NYC 3 years...Bali, Indonesia 1 year to work and just be...LA and finally glad to be back home in beautiful, sunny California. My sister and friends say that I am a courageous soul :) because I go after what I want in work, love and play.
I keep myself busy and spend most of my time working as an art director/designer and brand consultant currently I am working in publishing for mostly children's books and entertainment. The other part of my time is spent on being very passionate and focused about living a life of happiness and wellness. I believe balance is key and looking for a partner who shares that same interest. My long time passion in health and wellness has over the many years resulted in a certification in yoga, holistic health counseling, healing work, thai massage. It's been a busy productive year...alongside my design career I am in the works of creating a holistic health practice while also volunteering at a local high school doing workshops with inner city kids on yoga and nutrition. Ultimately the goal is to create a successful balance of work and life of freedom, fun and flexibility for my partner, my family and myself in the many years ahead.
I'm very passionate about being the best person I can be to myself and to others. I am definitely not perfect myself and do not expect you to be, but only to be the best you can be and willing to truly step through your hopes and fears and believing in keeping your spirit up. I never want to stop growing, feeling and experiencing life.
