I probably seem like a list of contradictions. I value intellect but am quick to clown around. I grew up in mega-cities on three continents before the age of ten, but teenage-dom was in central New York. I love a decent dive bar but am just as happy at the symphony.
I'm looking for someone who likes to bend their mind around things and displays intellectual curiosity, but doesn't take themselves too seriously. Humor is huge, so you have to make me laugh -- but you get what you give, since my friends claim to be entertained by my wit. But you'll tell me what you think! Giving is important to me on every dimension, so generosity is a trait I offer and am searching for in others.
I'm fairly comfortable in my own skin, so I'm searching for someone who feels secure about where they're at in their personal and professional life.

I am into healthful living. I believe in balancing the mental with the physical, so exercise is an important part of my routine.
My political views mean a lot to me, so if you vote Republican, it just would not work.
