I'm brand new to Philadelphia after matching here for my surgical residency. That means I'll be working hard here for at least the next five years. Previously, I lived in Chicago for just under a decade, a city I learned to love, but it was time for a change and I'm very happy to be in Philly. I'm impressed so far-- I think I'm well suited to the character of this city. Day-to-day I enjoy following sports, writing, and cooking as time permits, and at least once year I take a big ski trip to the Rockies with friends. I've always made friends easily and enjoy spending time with them, and I probably listen more than I talk, which people seem to really appreciate. I'm reliable, loyal, trustworthy, thoughtful, and have an easy sense of humor. I have a few good friends here already, but I look forward to making many more.
