I grew up in Seattle and while I still have a house in Seattle, I moved to Newport Beach as most of my work is done here. So far I am very happy with the move as I enjoy doing new things and being in the sunshine. So easy to wake up with a smile on your face in this type of weather! I like to throw myself into my work as I love what I do as well as the family I work for. They start a new business about every 24 months and I work with the development and marketing aspect. I have been working with them since 2005 and they have blessed me in everyway possible.
I love music, being artistic, and anything to do with the ocean. Perfect weekends for me is working around the house or listening to country music in the garage and being able to use my hands to build furniture or design stuff. I also inherited my mother's passion for food and cooking. I grew up in a family of 3 boys and we would put on our clip on ties twice a year when we were little and go out for chinese food but the other 363 days a year my mother would prepare our food. So, still to this day I enjoy being in the kitchen or behind a grill drinking a beer and making food.
The reason I am on here is because I am in a new city and a friend "gifted" me a 6 month membership. I love meeting new people so it is kind of fun, but I don't really believe that this takes the place of meeting people in real environments. I think you can tell whether you will enjoy someones company in an hour over 50 emails back and forth but I am still open to seeing how this works.
In the end, I hang out with good, honest people who embrace life and have a vision for their future.
