I am a glass-half-full personality that tries to see the best in every situation... As my mother has always said to me, "You don't have to look far to find someone who has it worse". She has always been right.
I am pretty low maintenance and it takes a whole lot to put me in a bad mood. I do a lot of photography outside of work, love traveling on the weekends, and am a huge college football fan. I'm as proud as can be to be from the South, and I love my cowboy boots and jeans just as much as my grandmother's pearls...and often wear them all together. :) I'm as content in a sweatshirt on the sofa as I am in a cocktail dress on the dance floor. I have an extreme love for children and adore spending time with lots of them.
I have - I think - the most phenomenal friends in the world. I cherish my friendships and do all that I can do nurture them. I'm fiercely loyal, almost to a fault, and would truly do anything in the world for the people I love. This includes my family as well. They are wonderful and we are all very close.
In a relationship I'm connected, thoughtful, affectionate (off the charts for "physical touch" as my love language) and honest. I love to make any of the people I care about in my life feel special; no one more than the person that I'm dating. I'm looking forward to finding a long-term relationship with someone who is a great fit.
The right person for me will be a man of integrity who is genuine and honest. My parents have been married for 36 years and together for 41, and they have set an incredible example of commitment and marriage. A man who is honest, genuine, strong in his convictions, close with his family and has a deep faith will be the best match for me. I truly feel like I was put on this earth to be a wife and a mother, but those things will only happen with someone who is right for me.
