I consider myself to be a nice guy and a gentleman who is looking for a nice girl. I love being around interesting and entertaining people. Especially people that like to have a good time and don't take themselves too seriously. My family is very important to me. I feel very fortunate to be in a business that I truly enjoy. I'm in the real estate business and couldn't imagine doing anything else. I have a development company, a custom home construction company, and a boutique real estate brokerage office on Balboa Island. It's great to work hard but never feel that I have ever worked a day in my life. I enjoy traveling especially to warm tropical places to relax and have a good time. I love being around funny people and can find the humor in just about anything. A sense of humor is an absoulte must. I love being outside and going to the beach, out for a jog or bike ride. I am looking to find a nice girl who has similar interests and values but most importantly someone who is genuine and kind. In addition I am looking for someone who is spontanious and would find fun and excitment in picking up on a moments notice and jetting off for the weekend but also someone that is stable and understands responsibility.
If you've read this far you probably don't care that I have been divorced. It was a brief marriage 9 years ago. No kids or baggage - lets just call it a youthful lapse in judgment :)
