Hi! I am a single father of two great kids - a daughter 15 and a son 9. I enjoy being involved in my kids' lives, but want them to have enough space to find their own way. I coach my son's soccer team and find it fulfilling to work with him and his teammates and share with them my passion for a great sport.
I try to stay in shape and enjoy running, swimming and working out at the gym.
For many years, after earning a BA and an MBA, I worked for Fortune 500 companies. Ten years ago, I realized that I live in a wonderful place (California wine country) and that this is where I want to stay. I made a decision to change careers and have been working in the wine industry for smaller companies and find the relaxed, friendly environment and people much more fun.
I've always been a big music buff and enjoy many different genres including rock, jazz, blues, and celtic music. I still have all my old LPs (sorry if this dates me a little), but have converted my entire collection over to digital format and am thrilled with the easy access this gives me to any craving I have for a specific album, artist, or type of music.
