Hello everyone! So my name is Matt. I'm 29 years old, I am a union carpenter. I do all commercial buildings, I build high rise buildings mostly in the San Diego area. I've been doing it a little over 6 years, and I have been with the same company the whole time. I actually enjoy my job, it is a very high paced, demanding job, and very physically challenging. I work my butt off.
So, I have a 4 year old son named Brody. He is amazing I never knew it was humanly possible to love someone so much, he is my mini me. It's so weird to look at him and see myself. Last summer I had the opportunity to coach his soccer team. I was so nervous, but after the first practice it came natural to me. But let me tell you, I have a whole new level of respect for teachers. I only had six 4 year olds on my team, and it was very challenging, I loved it. It also helped that I played soccer my entire life growing up. Soccer was my life for alot of years. I have not played since I turned 18, and I miss it a lot. Id love to meet someone that would be open to maybe joining a coed adult indoor team just for fun. I'm very active and enjoy the outdoors. I love to snowboard and wakeboard, and I would love to learn hot to surf, so if you know how to surf big brownie points for you :) let's see what else? I love camping, and fishing and hiking and wouldn't mind meeting someone who enjoys the outdoors as much as I do. A woman who is not afraid to get dirty and not take a shower for a day or two.
I'm a huge family orented person. Most of my free time is spent bbqing having a few beers and playing horseshoes or darts with my friends and family. Family and friends are the most important things in my life. I can count my good friends on one hand, I believe in quality not quantity.
I have done the whole dating around thing, I'm done with it, I know what I want, and its a serious ling term relationship with the right person of course. I want someone with a great sense of humor, someone that's a bit sarcastic and doesn't take things to seriously. I am happy with my life, I love my life, but that final puzzle piece is missing.
