I'm an easy going, go-with-the-flow girl, and high maintenance I am not! I have a wicked sense of humor, a tendency towards a dry/sarcastic wit, and once I'm comfortable, I can be a complete goofball at times. I take pride in the fact that I am usually able to make people laugh and feel comfortable with me, no matter the situation.
I nearly always have have music playing in the background. I find that it lifts my spirits; and when I'm down, it helps me to process things.
I worked as a Dispatcher at a Sheriff's Office for the last 15 years, and I do have personality traits (quirks?) that served me well in that capacity - I can pick up a conversation right where it left off 3 hours prior. I am not easily rattled, nor do I have a weak stomach. That said, I will (and have) run into the middle of the street to break up a domestic altercation that had turned physical, but I will (most certainly) run from a spider. *shrug*
Family is very important to me. I moved from New Hampshire a few months ago to be closer to my niece and nephew. It's been a great adventure so far! I love having the opportunity to watch the kids learn and grow - especially in the Gospel. I am a "child magnet". I love kids, and they love me. I am hugely popular with the under 10 crowd!
I am looking for someone who sees the humor in life and likes to laugh as much as I do. I put great stock in the kindness that one shows to others. I believe that it doesn't much matter what you're doing, as long as you're with people you enjoy.
