I tend to be a little shy around new people; so I love guys that aren't afraid to take control and be assertive. I think conversational skills are important and love in a good discussions about any topics under the sun; so it would be nice to meet someone who can appreciate that and match wits with me from time to time--just to keep me on my toes.;)
