I am new to this area, just moved here from MI. I would like to meet people, but I am not a big fan of the bar scene and I don't really join social networks. Yep, I am one of those who doesn't event have a facebook account. I am working on my second masters degree right now, while I also work full time and I have a couple of teenagers that live with me. Yeah they are mine. Any ideas how to get a 19 year old son to move out?
I am coming here so I can get some sort of life out of my house. I tend to stay home to much and read books, and I am not feeling very well rounded right now. I need a life, with all that entails. I am not looking for THE one, not sure if I think that exsists, but I would not mind some fun and conversation, with someone who has opinions and views, that I can discuss and debate. I dont hold any strong ideals, so I love to talk about just about anything, well I tend to not talk about me a lot.
I also love to read, yep geek that I am. I am never far from a book. My BS is in both English and history and my first MA is in Humanities. My second is going to be a MAED. Where I go from there....the world is a big place.
I am looking for some fun right now.
