I polled my friends and asked them to list several words that could be used to describe my personality. The top three adjectives that were used, in random order, were 1) independent, 2) easy going, and 3) patient. My friends are not only awesome for saying such nice things, but they are also pretty accurate. For example, I am going to let you choose where our first date is (#2), I am not going to complain when the first date is not 100% perfect (#3), and finally when I drive myself home from the first date I am going to take surface roads, even though you suggested that taking the freeway would be 10 minutes faster (#1).
Overall, I lead a relatively stress free and social life. I fill my time with music (live, ipod, record player, radio, you name it!), touristy things, sporting events, working out, friends, nightlife and any combination of the above. Of course, I have my awesome job as a veterinarian too. I do try very hard to have balance between both work and my free time. It is important to me that the guy I am with can balance all that life throws at him as well.
With that in mind, would you like to take a three day weekend and drive across Texas? I moved to Houston about a year ago and have wanted to do that ever since!
