My friends discouraged me from including that, but I'm looking for someone who shares my corny sense of humor.
If you laughed a bit- keep reading! I have an adventurous spirit and enjoy having an active lifestyle. On a typical weekend, I would much rather be outside exploring the city than sitting on the couch watching tv. I'm hoping to meet someone who is easygoing, funny and up for anything.
One of my favorite things to do in the city is try out new restaurants. I've recently created a "bucket list" of restaurants and activities, and I'm slowly but surely making my way through it. Next on the list is Mission Chinese (last time I went there was a 2 hour wait and I gave up!). I have too many favorites to completely list out here but included are Cafe Habana (love the grilled corn), Ippudo, Pho Grand and Extra Virgin.
Last fall, I knocked a big item off my bucket list: I ran the NYC Marathon. It was the hardest thing I've ever done (at times felt like it was beyond my limits), but afterwards I felt a sense of accomplishment, as trite as that sounds.
I love live music. Most of my friends, unfortunately, do not. It would be awesome to meet someone who would come along with me to some shows (not grudgingly!).
Most of all, I'm just looking for a stand up guy. And, obviously, someone who could laugh at least a few of my corny jokes.
