In a few words, I am down to earth, compassionate and fun loving. I'm a grown up, but a kid at heart.
I am originally from here in California. After moving around a bit (Fresno, to Santa Barbara to Japan to DC to Bay Area) I just settled into Sacramento about 5 years ago and looks like I'll be sticking around for a while. I like to travel, cook, garden, swim, and do a lot of other things if given the opportunity! Generally, I just like to have fun and enjoy what I'm doing and the company I am keeping.
I enjoy going out for a meal or happy hour on occasion during the week. Weekends or special occasions; I am game for a lot of things...I like to check out new places and events, spend time with friends, and am up for whatever sounds potentially awesome!
As far as the kind of person I am looking for, I like someone who is confident but not cocky about it, has a sense of humor, and is personable and comfortable in social situations...but when it comes down to it, I'm looking for some connection an comfort with someone. Someone I can let be silly and serious with. If you like some of the same things I like…great! If not…great! I would hope that we would each bring new things to the table and that would be part of the fun! That said...the ultimate goal for this may be to find a partner for life, but first I'm looking to build a solid friendship and to let things develop naturally from there.
