Hey! I am a single girl who moved to the Atlanta area from a small town in Michigan. I am a true Midwesterner, but I am enjoying my time here so far. I grew up living in the Chicago area, went to a boarding high school and college in Indiana, lived in Michigan for a year, and now I am in GA hopefully to stay.
I am a teacher and my students say that I am "super sarcastic and love to laugh". With my job, there is something new thrown at me every day and I revel in the challenge. I find that my students teach me more than I teach them. They are full of love and joy, which is great to see on their smiling faces every day because it’s contagious. I have been dubbed "an old soul," which I am proud of. I am always up for an adventure and love to try new things. I am a very outgoing person, but enjoy spending time with family and friends. I have a myriad of interests which include: almost all music (no new techno that seems to be so popular), movies, going to sports games (mostly baseball, football, and hockey), any outdoor activities, photography, traveling, and basically anything you can convince me I should look into.
I enjoy going out, but I don't need to all the time. I am perfectly fine staying in with a glass of wine and relaxing or watching a game on T.V. with friends. I am very close with my family. Because I haven't lived at home in 9 years I would say that I am independent very independent, however I am always there for friends and family and love them dearly.
As for what I am looking for....I would love to meet someone with an amazing sense of humor who gets me and my sarcasm, someone up for adventure and someone who is confident. I want a man that is educated, goal oriented, dependable, with a love of life and a desire to share it with someone.
