I would prefer to meet people in person, so this internet dating thing throws me for a loupe! I'm an outgoing lady who wouldn't have a problem smiling at you to let you know I am interested. I also might just come up and say hello and introduce myself because I was born and raised in the South and believe in being friendly and welcoming to everyone. Since I work from home and don't get to interact with too many people though, it's hard to meet new people. And thus, here I am, just like you, meeting people online.
It sounds very cliche to tell you that I have a great life, rewarding job and fantastic friends (both recent and long-term), but I am a very straightforward person, and I also appreciate what I have in life. People say that I'm a happy person with a friendly, flirty and outgoing personality. I like to laugh, try new things, meet new people and visit new places while also enjoying my long time friendships and favorite go-to places.
I'm lucky enough to have a supportive family who provided me with wonderful childhood. I don't play games, am not high-maintenance and I don't like drama, (life is just too short for wasting energy over drama). I really do believe that in order to have a successful relationship, you need to love who you are and what you stand for before you bring someone else into your life.
I love to cook and am usually the one to host my friends for dinner or drinks so I can try a new recipe. You will often ind me at the Dekalb farmers market marveling over the amazing ingredients I can find there. Cajun cooking is my specialty :)

I like a man who knows who he is, knows what he wants, and is genuinely happy with his life. While I think it's important what a man says to you, his actions are often even more important than his words.
