Is it wrong to draw your inspiration from a beer commercial?? I love the Dos Equis ad, because it reminds me I have a left to enjoy in this life. I decided to adopt a "Groundhog Day" plan. For those who haven't seen the movie (and shame on you if you haven't), Bill Murray keeps reliving the same day over and over. But in his endless years of repeat days, he learns new skills - playing the piano, ice sculpting, etc.
So, I decided to complete three new things every year. In the past couple years I've rebuilt a basement, started Rosetta Stone Spanish (work in slow progress), began learning guitar (acoustic, still a long way to go), and enrolled and completed my MBA.
This year I planned to visit most major Northeast cities, but I relocated home to Chicago from Pittsburgh. Doh!
More about me...
I love to laugh and enjoy life. If I wasn't in sales, I would have been a game show host or a comedian. My ideal date will be outgoing, funny, and interested in some of the same things I am (not everything). I'd prefer to get out and meet in person without endless emailing...I find it's easier to read someone in person (and I'm not great at returning Match emails!).
I am looking for a long-term relationship, but I'm not in a hurry. If you're interested, I am cool with casual dating to get to know each other first.
Oh, btw, sarcasm is a reflex of mine, and speaking in movie quotes is a second-language (just a warning).
