I'm an easy going chap. I'm pretty sarcastic, work hard, and get bored easily. I like trying new things and try not to sweat the small stuff. I'm also pretty opinionated, spontaneous, like building things, going on adventures, and taking chances.
Rather than just give you my opinion, here are a couple examples that might give you a taste of what I'm all about: Just for the sake of adventure, some friends and I built a raft from steel oil drums and floated it down 500 miles of the Yukon river. An attractive young lady once asked me how old I thought she was and I replied sarcastically, 'oh, not a day over 46'. Needless to say, she didn't get it.
I've got tons of hobbies but right now tend to spend most of my free time snowboarding, mountain biking, road biking, playing ice hockey, backpacking, and dirt biking. I also occasionally go surfing, play tennis, squash, skiing, skateboarding, and probably other stuff I can't even remember.
I'm not totally sure what sort of gal I'm looking for so I guess I'd like to start off casual, make sure to have fun, and see where things go. The only things I can't tolerate are high maintenance girls (i.e. can't run their own life), and girls that don't want to hang out with my friends. I guess my vision of a good match is someone who is a great friend with some romance mixed in. It would be really nice if she also pushes me to try new things, comes to my hockey games, has fun friends, has good self confidence, and can be my partner in crime (please pardon the cliche... and excessive use of parentheses in this profile).
Anyway, there's plenty more to know. If you're curious just ask. Thanks for taking a gander.
UPDATE:
So I've been very lackadaisically doing this for a while now and feel that it would be best to answer some frequently asked questions here:
I'm doing well, thanks.
No, I' am not interested in "hook-ups", "applying for a credit card", "professional modeling" (been there, done that ;) ), etc.
Not really an answer to a question but I already know that you like food, movies, and traveling. Those things don't exactly make you unique. Also, if your title is "live, love, laugh", you share that with 25% of people on this site. Not sure where that comes from.
Anyway, I'd hate to end by being negative, so... uh, kittens and butterflies.
