So, still pretty new online here. I’m a genuine, confident in my own skin and down to earth kind of guy. I was raised by my loving, admirable mother who not only taught me and my brother real strength and true confidence, but also how to treat women right and with respect. I highly value being sincere, honest, trustworthy and compassionate. I definitely recognize, appreciate and hope for the same in another. I’m easy going, very warm and affectionate (you will never feel deprived!), I love to laugh, hang out with friends and family, listen to all kinds of music, sing, exercise and work out, LOVE traveling (South Africa was amazing!! Looking forward to going to Paris later this year, Italy next year), I’m really into Latin dancing – I love going salsa and tango dancing; the passion of them is incredible. I’m also into nature photography, rock climbing, tennis, off-roading, sailing, playing and watching baseball, hiking, camping, backpacking, learning to play my guitars and piano better, going to the beach!! Sunsets!! Italian food!! Taking road trips - particularly up the California coast, basically anything outside!! I’m also totally cool with relaxing at home by the fire, watching a good film, playing a game, or perhaps maybe a little bohemian evening with some good wine and music spinning on the record player while we just talk. I love reading, writing, going to the theater, dining out, coffee shops, Disneyland, playing with my dog when I visit back home and animals in general, doing things spontaneously, and getting lost. Friends say I'm "rugged yet refined." Oh yeah... I'm good at car repairs and fixing things around the house. And yes - I can change your oil. ;)
I’m one of those unusual people who loves both science and the arts. I may go to a museum, a play, or acting class, then come home, watch a show on the science channel or read something having to do with medicine. I highly believe in the philosophy that people should be well rounded and enjoy learning new things in life. I’m originally from the Lake Tahoe area in Northern California and went to Saint Mary’s College in the San Francisco area, where I received a B.S. in Biology. I also spent a lot of time doing acting, dancing, and exercising to feel well balanced. The last few years I was living in the LA area where I spent some time acting, but primarily working with children as a marine biology instructor at an oceanographic institute, I still do on occasion. I’m now an environmental scientist here in San Diego on Coronado. I love volunteering in the medical field, particularly with children.

I'm really attracted to a girl who has a warm, very affectionate, bubbly, outgoing personality and, this is extremely sexy: loves to smile and LAUGH without reservation. –Especially since I love getting people to smile and laugh! Call me a romantic, but I want to find that chemistry and electricity feeling when I’m spending time with someone. I love passion in general in life and those who know me would definitely call me a passionate person. Balance is always key though. :)
