I am a high school English teacher born and raised in Queens, NY. I believe that forcing yourself out of your comfort zone is good for the soul and I try to do new things in order to keep life interesting. I love traveling- I studied Spanish in Valencia, Spain for a month two summers ago and went to Amsterdam last December. I would love to continue traveling as much as possible. I usually spend my free time reading, working out, seeing friends, trying new restaurants, going to the beach, getting into deep conversations, acting the fool, taking road trips, etc. If I was independently wealthy, I would probably go to school for the rest of my life. I don't enjoy crowded bars or clubs where I cannot hear the person next to me when they are talking to me. My favorite way to spend my evenings is with a nice dinner, good wine and great conversation. I can be very silly and fun at times and very serious at other times, depending on circumstances and my mood. I think that people in relationships should be able to learn from each other and inspire each other. I can kick your butt in Scrabble. I do great impersonations of people. I love wearing hoop earrings. I just recently started loving coffee. I am not so into chocolate. I don't get embarrassed very easily. I am not afraid of the ridiculous. I am a huge animal lover. I like men who are honest with themselves about what they want in life.
