Honestly,the idea of online dating is a bit awkward for me. I always said I would never go on a site like this, but here I am.
I would describe myself as honest, intelligent, humorous,open-minded, and kind. I love animals. I currently have a cat, but she is kind of skidish and likes her independence(she only wants your love when she feels like it). I would like to have more animals, but I am really busy with work, so I don't think I can give them as much attention as they deserve. Unfortunately, I have developed some allergies when it comes to pets too.
I also enjoy traveling. I have not visited may places, but look forward to checking some off of my bucket list in the near furture. I especially want to travel abroad! Australia's Great Barrier Reef is at the top of my list and Africa would be pretty awesome...safari jeep tour would be amazing.
I have a bit of an artistic soul...I love music and the arts. I play a few instruments, but have not practiced in a while. I also enjoy drawing and painting. I like sports, both watching and playing. I'm not the most athletically inclined person, but I enjoy playing and I give it my best??
I'm also the mother of an awesome 8 year old son. He is my everything and has taught me so much about myself and life. It's kind of amazing how an 8 year old can do that??:) He and I love to spend time playing basketball, board games, and video games. I'm pretty awesome at Mario Kart and Wii Bowling...but he's better.
The kind of guy I am looking for is intelligent, kind, honest,and has a sense of humor. There is power in the ability to make others laugh. I want someone who is flexible and likes to try new things. I want someone who doesn't mind teaching me new things as well as learning from me. Oh, and a communicator...I'm not a mind reader nor do I expect you to be. Communcation is a must. I also have diverse friend groups, so someone who can get along with lots of diffrent people would be nice.
