I consider myself a smart, friendly, and sarcastic person. I am definitely very curious and always am trying to learn new things (Wikipedia is a friend). I have a great family and great friends, and feel that I finally have my act together. Basically, I am in a good place in life and am looking for a partner in crime.
I grew up in Bucks County and recently moved into Philadelphia, I'm still getting used to my new surroundings (although I do live just blocks from my job, which is amazing). I earned a Masters degree in Nonprofit Management from a school in New York City and was fortunate enough to find a job that I love last year. I work at a nonprofit organization that provides transitional housing and work opportunities to formerly homeless and incarcerated men. I help with fundraising, communications, and outreach work, trying to keep the organization going and growing. I cannot think of anything that I would rather be doing.
I love the Phillies and Eagles and sports in general. Also, traveling is really important to me. I have lived in California and have gone backpacking through Europe. I want to meet someone who enjoys exploring the world too.
I am looking for someone to have fun and laugh with, but who isn't flaky and wishy-washy. That is my least favorite trait in a person. Like everyone else, I like to know what people think and how they feel, so I always try to return the favor.
***For those of you who are disgusted by people who can't differentiate between 'your' and 'you're' or don't know that 'a lot' is two words, you have found the right person. Although, my biggest pet peeve is 'a part' and 'apart'. They mean completely opposite things!
