Let me begin with this disclaimer since I am going to be somewhat serious in this description below. I am almost always ridiculous, ridiculously fun loving, outgoing and fun. I have a great sense of humor, will make you laugh, can laugh at myself and am perfectly fine with someone having a laugh at my expense. After you look at my pictures it will become very apparent that I am only serious when I need to be. Also, I'm very aware and hate how many times I used "I" in this description but it's tough to describe yourself without using "I" a crap load;-) My only other option would have been to write about myself in the third person and give myself a sweet nickname;-)
That being said this is a little about me. What you see is what you get. I am myself all of the time. I never play games nor do I put up fronts. Doing either is just a gigantic waste of time in my opinion. I want you to know the real me and I want to know the real you. I am not just looking for casual dating because to be quite honest, I wouldn't need match.com for that since meeting new women is not a problem. Meeting the right woman is what is difficult.
I absolutely love and have an amazing group of family and friends. I have a large group of very close friends, most of which I have known nearly all of my life. I have been in 11 weddings and was the best man in 5 of those. I didn't write this to brag but to illustrate the type of friend that I am and the type of friends that I have.
I love music and movies. I tend to remember movies pretty well so I may rattle off a movie quote or 5 if a situation calls for it and I want a laugh. I have been called a jack of all trades by some of my friends but I would have to add a master of none. I love traditional and action (or extreme) sports and have played just about everything either competitively or recreationally. I love to snowboard and sometimes ski. I like heading out for a night on the town and grabbing a beer, going wine tasting or just staying home to watch a movie and cuddle on the couch (yes, I like to cuddle and am perfectly comfortable with my manhood admitting that;-). I will also admit that I do like some romantic comedy's and other chick flicks. I have flown airplanes, climbed mountains, scuba dived, ridden motocross and raced jet skis among other things. I love all kinds of foods, am not picky at all and will try anything at least once. I eat fairly healthy the majority of the time and maintain a healthy lifestyle but that doesn't mean that I won't occasionally indulge in some tasty horribly unhealthy foods for sanity sake. I just try to enjoy myself, live life to the fullest, take every curveball life throws me in stride and take in all that life has to offer.
I would consider myself to be a realistic optimist. I am a romantic. I'm affectionate, loyal, honest and I am a gentleman. I always open doors whether it's for my mother, friend or girlfriend so if we do go out and I open every door for you, I can assure you that it isn't just for show.
I am far from perfect and I don't expect perfection either, which brings me to a great movie quote to end on. "You're not perfect, sport, and let me save you the suspense: this girl you've met, she's not perfect either. But the question is whether or not you're perfect for each other." That is what I am looking for.
