someone might label me a yuppie with hipster inklings. i'm just starting a new career I'm loving and returning to SF after 2 years of school in the Midwest. Am interested in meeting a fellow SF explorer--hikes, indie rock concerts, new eats (from the hole in the wall to the nicer digs), and whatever interesting event pops up--with some good conversation along the way.
i'm curious about the world, used to read a ton and would now if i had the time. i like to hear about other people's experiences, tidbits, travels. Most recently, I made my way through Morocco, Portugal, southern Spain, and Argentina. Still have yet to make the trip to India but that may be next. in my previous life, i was a teacher and still am passionate about education. Plan to stay involved in it in various shapes and forms throughout my life. Spent a summer living in Nashville-- feel like I can claim the South a little.
Who I'm looking for? Curious, fun-loving, somewhat ambitious. If anything, a healthy sense of humor--someone who finds amusement, irony, or hilarity in the everyday and always ready to laugh at themselves.
