I am a sincere guy. Sincere, knowing life is short, but also easy-going, knowing that life should be enjoyed.
I appreciate intelligent conversation and a good time, indoor or outdoor, the people I'm with matter more than the place I'm at. I stay really active socially; my friend community is pretty phenomenal (and huge) and, as a result, Match has sort of taken a back burner as I've tried it in the past and am now trying it again.
I played sports throughout high school and part of college so staying active is important to me.
I enjoy many forms of art, whether it's watching an old film, visiting a museum, or seeing a friend's band play. People say I have an old soul. But I also love things modern, seeing how they tie into the past. I am passionate about learning new things and enjoy discussing ideas.
My family is a big part of my life. My parents have been married over 40 years. I'm the 4th of 5 children. I have 11 nieces and nephews. I'm very blessed :)
I love listening to music, all sorts: folk, americana, soul, rock, blues, western, punk, a little hip-hop now and again, among many others. I also enjoy dancing - I know a little salsa and two-step.
So here's what I'm looking for (more or less): A strong women of God, someone who makes me laugh and makes me think; an outgoing, positive person with a bright outlook on life; someone who is passionate about their talents. I also appreciate a good, witty sense of humor and a pretty smile :) I look forward to eventually becoming a loving husband and father.
