Hello my fellow happy people, here we are at the lovely "about me" section. Well here goes...
First of all I look better in 3d than I do in 2d. I love everything to do with the arts... not just the kind you hang on the wall, but the kind that is any form of self expression. I am a giant audio nerd and I love music and it's a huge part of my life. I do it for a living, yes really... I Love theater, concerts, and museums as well.
I actually love conversations, yes real conversations and sitting by the fire relaxing, and cooking too, I love to cook me some good eats and I love trying new places and new foods out and around as well. Come to think of it, I think I have a fire burning about 5 nights a week.e
I am motivated and driven and passionate and I work super hard, but yep, just like the last profile of that other dude's you read, I love to play too. "work hard play hard" is that really in everyones profile? That and it's astonishing how many people really "love" hiking. You would think sport chalet would be jam packed and sold out of hiking shoes. I digress.
I am a proud father as well and I have two little boys 5 and 8 and they are awesome... My 8 year old is super smart, we have deep intellectual conversations and either that means he is amazing? or I have the intellectual capacity of an 8 year old. You decide.
My 5 year old is awesome too but more physical. They are two completely different creatures.
Im looking for someone who is smart, passionate, honest, funny, deep, caring and genuine, and I don't think that is too much to ask for. But they have to love music because it is a huge part of my life. My standards are my own and not that of magazines and falsehoods. And for example I would be nice to find someone who does not spend time just talking about how awesome they are, but rather just shows it by being who they are. Someone who has a deep respect and compassion for people as a whole is important. Someone who is kind. Someone that likes to teach and also likes to learn because I think the point is to always grow and learn.
I think it's important to tell a woman she is beautiful and I'm not afraid to do so. It's strange though how when you compliment a woman these days she looks at you like you're nuts.
So in summation... I shall paraphrase the following. I don't remember it exactly but I think the point is right on the money.
As we grow up, we learn that even the very one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will.
You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it gets harder every time.
You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was.
You'll fight with your best friend.
You'll blame a new love for things an old one did.
You'll be bummed because time is passing too fast.
You'll eventually lose someone you love.
Life's lessons remind us not to take life too seriously and enjoy the moment, live life to the fullest and to be as balanced as possible.
