I've been called a walking contradiction. I am equal parts NPR junkie and trashy magazine addict. I like getting all dressed up for a fancy occasion, but love getting a little dirt under my nails while camping. I will try almost any type of food, but have never eaten Cheetos. I guess you get the point.
A few fun facts:
I was kicked out of Girl Scouts and never allowed on the Book Mobile when it came to visit my elementary school.
I have a thing for old cars- basically I think anything made between 1962 and 1973 is awesome.
I've been in the audience of The Price Is Right (back in the Bob Barker days).
I love riding on the back of a motorcycle on a sunny day.
I have recently gone vegetarian and miss bacon more than words can express.
I am half American and half Australian- double the passports double the fun!
I want to adopt every single one of those animals in the ASPCA commercials, but have so far avoided ending up on hoarders. Just for the record, right now I have no pets.
i'm learning to play the ukulele. Yes, I know it's mildly ridiculous, but I am loving it!
I guess the most important thing to know about me is that I think life is all about having experiences. I have had some fantastic experiences so far and am looking forward to many more.
