I'm 55 single parent of 19 yr old daughter who lives at home and goes to a local college... I rent a house in Torrance, I work local, same work place for last 26yrs. I do enjoy getting out like hiking Mt.Baldy, going on day trips up coast, mountains,desert, Los Angeles.
