So...I have a profession that can range from maddeningly tedious to thrillingly perilous. You may ask...are you a cop? Fireman? Private Security Contractor in Iraq? No...I am a cinematographer. I have shot machines pounding out parts, and I have dodged gunfire.(real and fake) I have almost been hit by a various vehicles, and I have been told to make inanimate objects look "exciting". Kind of schizo, yeah, but it's always different. And, the money ain't bad. I'd like to fancy myself the Hunter S. Thompson of the cinematography world. I love talking and writing about all the "bad craziness" that goes down. And, I love laughing. I think it can create bonds that are life-affirming. You know what I mean..when something funny happens, and you look at your cohort across the room, and you just know the two of you will be laughing for days (or years) to come. I have been described as passionate, intellectual, and sexy. I have also been called a dork and a geek. Eye of the beholder, I guess. About my match...she should have no hidden agendas, and she should be a good communicator. No passive-aggressive types, please! That is a recipe for disaster. If there is an issue, let's talk it out. My match should be outgoing, not a wallflower. She should be equally at home in a dive bar playing pool, or at a formal charity function. My match is hopefully tolerant of my vocation. The hours are often unpredictable and demanding. However, I am very willing to carve out some time for a romantic adventure with the right person. A bed and breakfast weekend, with horseback riding, cycling, and indulging in fine wine and sunsets. And, don't forget the backrubs. I've about said it all. I would love to find someone who is witty, intelligent, and confident. Basically, I would be willing to go the ends of the earth to please the right person.
