I moved to New York a few years ago to begin a career as a teacher and experience life in the big city. I have a rewarding job that allows me to pursue my passions of education, community service, and summers off.
I'm close with my family and see them pretty regularly. I learned a lot of my values from my parents, who are very hardworking and a great inspiration to me. My dad quizzes me on baseball trivia and I have been a Yankee fan since the days of my favorite player, Tino Martinez.
I love all things Spain; I studied abroad in Madrid and have been back many times since. The best trips for me include a lot of exploration and cultural experiences like new cuisines, funny language barriers, and catching a sunset on the beaches of the Balearic Islands. I'm also good at packing for trips and always have the lightest luggage at check-in!
I like a guy who enjoys some of my interests, but can also introduce me to new ones. I've had a lot of success in my career and am ambitious and driven, so those qualities are important to me in someone that I'm dating. Wit and humor are irresistible to me, as is a shared desire for passport stamps.
