I am really interested in finding a partner and equal who treasures the same values that I do. Someone who can read the news and then discuss. Someone who enjoys travelling and having adventures. Someone that is passionate about life and the things that make it worth living. And if you can make me laugh, that rocks.
My son is the most important thing in my life. It is crucial to me to raise a productive member of society. I don't know how realistic this is, BUT - if he is happy, confidant, loving, enjoys life, and respects those around him; then, I will have accomplished my goals. He is a great, fun, very active 5 yo - who is currently rocking blue, orange, and yellow hair.
I love where I live and consider myself lucky to have been able to find a career that matters to me in such a small community. I work with a non-profit that advocates for abused an neglected children within the court system. It is a dream job. I am also working as a event coordinator for a non-profit/founder event taking place in September. And to top it off, I work a few hours a week at the resort, for the pass and such.
As for living in the mountains, I have a view of a 14'er out my window. I spend as much time as I can outside. I go snowboarding/DH on my lunch break. There are a few obvious downfalls to mountain life, but for now, it is good.
I love live music (grew up in ATX). I enjoy going to a restaurant for lunch and staying for dinner. I love to sit all day and read. I am a painter, when I have time. I enjoy playing in the snow during the winter and riding bikes in the summer. I have been brought to tears by unexpectedly finding a favorite painting in a museum. I love Paris, but mainly for what it used to be.
