About me:
I am a native Texan that moved to North Carolina to attend graduate school. The Carolinas aren't so bad, but I do miss home. I really enjoy cooking, and it is what I do to relieve stress. I also like dining out and trying new foods. I love the outdoors when the weather is nice to do just about everything. I love any activities that include water.
I am a pretty busy girl, but I would like to find someone special to spend time with. I am serious, and I am willing to commit to someone; it just has to be the right person. If you're with me, I am not with someone else. I am not a serial dater or polygamist. As it is: I have a hard time handling one man, much less more than one. So, if I say that I am occupied with something else, the truth is: I am occupied with something else NOT someone else.
Who I am looking for:
Well, the man in my dreams, of course. Who else? I like a tall man, and I like someone who is outside of their teenage years. Just because you are 35 doesn't mean you act 35. And whereas, it is great to be able to act whimsical and child-like at times: I do not want a man that I have to baby-sit or assume the role of his mother. I am very drawn to a man's mind. And someone who can have an intellectual conversation is a must. I like a man who is handy around the house. The man that I am seeking should be humble about his accomplishments, as part of the fun is finding out how awesome you really are! Do not call me "skinny". That is just like calling someone fat.
Turn-Offs: Lying, Polygamy, and too much cologne (a little "foo foo" is nice, but don't bathe in it).
Turn-Ons: Honesty, Humbleness, and nice teeth.
