I believe that we all have certain gifts, some are obvious and some hidden. Throughout life these gifts are revealed to those who posses them and the possessor has a duty to show others what he or she has received. Presentation of the gift should not be in a boastful manner or to be revered...simply to be appreciated. Leaders gain the respect of those who follow them by demonstrating a strength in character, valor, intellect and compassion. I'm a work in progress...
